Exchanges / Returns Policy
We take great pride in
our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you are
dissatisfied with a purchase, we'll assist you with a prompt refund, exchange,
or credit . All requests for returns must be made and
returns received by us within 14 days.
Merchandise must be in
original condition, with all original packaging, components, instructions, and
warranty material. Returns may be subject to a re-stocking fee.
We do not accept partial
returns. You must return the ENTIRE ORDER

Return an Item to Us
You must complete the form below and be given a Return
Merchandise Authorization number. Pack your merchandise securely.
Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. Returns
which do not have the RMA number will be refused and the package will be
returned to the sender at the sender's expense. Include the RMA
number, your packing slip and/or order number with a note telling us the
reason for the return. If the item was a gift, please include your phone number

We will credit the
original purchaser's credit card or issue an on-line gift certificate,
depending on the original payment method. Gift returns will be issued an
on-line gift certificate. Look for your refund, issued upon receipt of returned
merchandise. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Returns may be subject to a

Incorrect Orders
If we have inadvertently
sent you incorrect or defective merchandise, we apologize. You will be
reimbursed for the cost of returning the package to us, and you will not be
